Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through Stripe, one of the world's leading companies in terms of online payments.
Can I unsubscribe anytime?
Yes. If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, simply click the unsubscribe button. There are no strings attached or question asked.
Do I get free coaching as well?
No. The newsletter doesn't come with a coaching service.
Do I get the recipe of each meal?
No. Nutrition is broken down into calories and macros for each day of the week, but food lists and amounts are not included in the report.
Do you offer a free trial?
At the moment, no. You can subscribe to the free plan but that doesn't include the weekly report.
